The 68,000SF Student Health Center, on the University of South Carolina Columbia Campus, is a steel framed building with a mix of exterior cladding including brick and glass. W.O. Blackstone’s scope included distribution ductwork, a VAV Zone system, general building exhaust, controls, fan coil units and mini –splits. The project included an underground vault & piping to connect to the University’s central energy system to included chilled water, hot water & steam piping system.
