The Terminix project was a new 52,000 SF, 2-story corporate office building on a tight construction site. The building has a large training area, private offices and open work stations, multiple conference rooms, break rooms and a mail room. The HVAC scope is a VRF system which is a multi-split type air conditioner for commercial buildings that uses a variable refrigerant flow to provide comfort control. Condensing units are roof mounted with associated piping and control wiring to each ducted air handling unit. Air distributed by medium and low pressure ductwork. Outside air provided to the building by dedicated, roof mounted units. Two data rooms are conditioned by separate ductless split system units.
