Renovation project of the 128,000 SF Seibels Bruce Building. The original building was constructed in 1949 with an addition in 1977. The renovation project was undertaken as the building was occupied and the project was phased with coordination between the owner, the architect and project team. HVAC scope included chilled water plant consisting of (2) air cooled chillers, pumping system, and air control system. Heating water plant consisting of (2) natural gas boilers, pumping system, and air control system. Air delivery system consists of AHUs with chilled and heating water coils, VAV boxes, MP ductwork, LP ductwork including air distribution, and return ductwork. Exhaust system consisting of multiple exhaust fans and ductwork including air distribution. Full DDC control system.
